叶亦心
叶亦心，男，博士，现为环境卫生学教研室教师。研究方向聚焦“环境-营养-人群”交叉研究：一方面探究环境暴露与膳食因素在心血管疾病、过敏性疾病中的协同致病机制；另一方面聚焦药食同源功能性成分的活性筛选与健康效应验证，致力于为慢性病人群的饮食干预提供科学依据。
一、科研项目
主持广西壮族自治区教育厅中青年教师科研能力提升项目1项，参与国家自然科学基金面上项目及国家重点研发计划各1项。
二、学术兼职
现任世界中医药学会联合会药膳食疗研究专业委员会常务理事，并担任 Frontiers in Nutrition、Basic & Clinical Pharmacology & Toxicology 等国际期刊审稿人，长期承担营养学与环境毒理学领域的学术审稿工作。
